4. Business Inquiry Form

The Business Inquiry form on our Website prepares a message from your input and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us yourself; it does not transmit data to our servers. We are not responsible for the availability of WhatsApp as a third-party service, or for messages that are not sent because you choose not to complete the WhatsApp step.

5. Mizan AI Assistant

The Website offers an AI chat feature ("Mizan AI Assistant") powered by a third-party AI service (OpenAI's Chat Completions API). The AI Assistant is provided for general informational purposes only.

• Responses generated by the AI Assistant may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. • The AI Assistant does not provide legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. • Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the AI Assistant chat.
